The Application Setup section allows you to define and maintain the data values and rules that make up your Astute Agent system. This includes things such as:
- System users
- Categories and codes for use on the case
- Letters and enclosures
- Data validation rules
- Suggestions
- Security settings
When you are working with multiple companies, you can select a different company configuration on the Application Setup page. This allows you to work on each company's settings without leaving the Administration area.
Accessing Application Setup
To access Application Setup through Astute Agent:
- From the Application Function Bar, select Administration
Application Setup.
Application Setup opens a new page with its own Function Bar.
