Configuration Types

Astute Agent allows you to define and maintain two different types of configurations:

Astute Agent Configuration: This is the type of configuration that you will use most often. It defines a wide range of program settings and behaviors for users.
Email Service Configuration: This type of configuration defines settings that are used by the PCEmail Service. This service is used to automatically retrieve emails and create cases from those emails. The service is a standard feature included with Astute Agent.
