After v12.2 GA, the context-sensitive help for the Emplifi Agent production environment will go to our new (Production) documentation site.
Because of the above, this site is no longer updated and will be deprecated after the release of v12.2 GA.
Activating Audit Trails
Audit trails are activated on a per-configuration basis. Audit trails are "all or none." All case or maintenance data is audited once audit trails are activated. You cannot choose specific fields to be audited.
To activate case audit trails:
- In the Application Function Bar, select Administration
Configuration Settings.
- Open the configuration for which you want to activate audit trails by double-clicking on it.
- On the Configuration bar, select the Case view.
- Under the Miscellaneous Settings section, select the Enable Audit Trail check box.
To activate maintenance audit trails:
- In the Application Function Bar, select Administration
Configuration Settings.
- Open the configuration for which you want to activate audit trails by double-clicking on it.
- On the Configuration bar, select Application Setup.
- Under the General Settings section, select the Collect Maintenance Audit Trail check box.
Depending on your settings, users may need to close out of Emplifi Agent and restart before the change will take effect.
