SQL Select Report

The SQL Select Report allows you to enter an SQL (standard query language) SELECT statement to retrieve information from the Emplifi Agent Database.

To use this report, you must already be familiar with SQL syntax, as well as the Emplifi Agent database structure.

If you are running the report for case or address information, refer to Open Case and Open Address Buttons on Reports before writing your SQL statements.

As with the other listing reports, the Web Page view option of this report allows you to sort on the results page by clicking the column header or to open the case by double-clicking a row.

Note: When you click a column to sort the Listing reports, the view refreshes and places the focus on the first record at the top of the report. To view a particular record, you will need to scroll to that record.

Note: Time Zone logic is not applied, any dates shown on the report are displayed as stored in the database.

To access the SQL Select Report:

From the Application Function Bar, select Reports Reports Admin Administration Reports SQL Select Report.

Report Options

The following options are available for this report:

Field	Description
View As	Select the output type of the report.
SQL Select Statement	This can be any valid SQL Select statement.

Note: When your system is configured to restrict SQL statements and you run the report, an error message will display.

If you create a Favorite and schedule it to run, you will receive an email stating that no results are produced due to a SQL Select Report Error.
